We offer professional quality prints on a wide range of media. All prints are personally verified and approved prior to delivery and come with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
Art prints are on professional archival quality paper with an archival life expectancy of 80-200 years. Our paper of choice is a gloss (satin) finish up to a maximum size of 30 "x 45" (76 cm x 114 cm). However, if you want your print to be finished in gloss or heavy matte paper, please email when ordering.
Canvas prints are available in a range of sizes up to 60 inches (5 feet) at the longest edge. On canvas prints, the image will be wrapped around the edges and the image will be finished with a protective varnish.
Image size
The sizes listed above are standard format images with a 3 x 2 ratio. Some of our images have been cropped to non-standard formats. If this is the case, choose the longest edge dimension for the print you need.

Packaging
All orders are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit in the following ways:
Images up to A4 will be shipped in a reinforced envelope.
Images on A4 are carefully rolled, wrapped and sealed inside a sturdy cardboard tube.
The canvas prints are protected with bubble wrap and boxed in strong protective cardboard.

Delivery
Our goal is to ship all print orders within 15 days of placing an order. If for any reason there is a delay, we will contact you by email. Most orders are shipped within 15 days. If your order is urgent, please contact us to say it.
Delivery within Ecuador is included for all printing orders. Art prints are shipped by FEDEX recorded mail; An email will be sent to inform you when the shipment has been made.
For international shipping orders, a surcharge will apply to cover additional shipping charges. If you are an international customer, please confirm delivery costs and time before submitting your order.
Return policy
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, please return items in 'as new' condition within seven days of receipt. Upon receiving the returned item, we will offer you the option of a replacement or full refund.
Data Protection
To process an order, we will need personal information that includes:
Name
Contact information, for example, email address
Postal addresses for shipping and billing
